An induction heating roll device is equipped with first and second resin processing bodies that roll or knead a resin material by inserting the resin material therebetween. At least one of the first and second resin processing bodies is a roll (5a). The induction heating roll device is further equipped with: induction heating coils (25) disposed on the inside of the roll (5a); and a coolant supply device (27) that supplies coolant to a coolant passage (37) formed on the inside of the roll (5a). The induction heating coils (25) heat the roll (5a) by induction, and the coolant supply device (27) cools the heated roll (5a) by supplying coolant to the coolant passage (37).
