Abstract:
An inductor, circuit board and realization method of the inductor; the inductor comprises: a first bonding pad (201, 401a, 601a) providing a first metal wiring layer (204a) in the circuit board; a second bonding pad (202, 401b, 601b) providing a second metal wiring layer (204b) in the circuit board; and a first hole (203, 401c, 601c) having one end thereof located in the first bonding pad (201, 401a, 601a) and the other end located in the second bonding pad (202, 401b, 601b), the first hole (203, 401c, 601c) comprising a conducting medium. The inductor effectively reduces the occupation area thereof in the circuit board.
