Abstract:
Provided is a compact inductor component having excellent characteristics.
This inductor component 1a comprises a resin layer 3, and an inductor electrode 6 having an inner winding portion 6a and an outer winding portion 6b. The inner winding portion 6a and the outer winding portion 6b forming the inductor electrode 6 are both formed from metal pins 7a to 7d and wiring plates 8a to 8d. In so doing, the inner winding portion 6a and the outer winding portion 6b are both formed from the wiring plates 8a to 8d and the metal pins 7a to 7d having a lower specific resistance than an electric conductive paste or a plating, thus allowing for a drop in the resistance of the entirety of the inductor electrode 6, thereby allowing the characteristics of the inductor component 1a to be improved. In addition, adopting a multiple winding structure for the winding of the inductor electrode 6 allows for a size reduction of the inductor component 1a.
