Abstract:
Provided are an inductor element and an integrated circuit device enabling enhancement of the use efficiency of wiring recourses and reduction of noise interference due to capacitance/inductance coupling with peripheral wiring. In layers vertically adjacent to each other, at least two layers having different main wiring directions are provided with coil elements (1, 2) along the individual main wiring directions, one coil element (1 (2)) is connected with the other coil element (2 (1)) provided in a different layer, and thereby one coil is configured. Shielded wires (3, 4) connected to a power supply (5) in either the vertical and/or horizontal direction of the coil element (1, 2) are provided.
