Abstract:
An industrial augmented reality combined positioning system, comprising an intelligent perception module, a base station positioning module, and a service decision making module. The base station positioning module is based on an existing HTC VIVE positioning system and comprises base stations, a helmet, and a server; the base stations emit laser light, a sensor on the helmet receives laser signals, and data is transmitted to the server for analysis to calculate the pose of the helmet relative to the base stations; the intelligent perception module comprises a portable microprocessor and a camera integrated on the helmet; the camera transmits image information to the microprocessor to recognize an object and calculate the pose of the object in a scene by means of a built-in positioning and recognition algorithm; and the service decision making module receives the pose from the intelligent perception module and helmet information detected by the base station to obtain a final pose by means of a coordinate conversion relationship, and merges a three-dimensional model into a video stream in real time according to the pose in accordance with different application scenarios, thereby achieving the augmented reality effect.
