Abstract:
An industrial cooling unit with adjustable cooling power comprises a compressor (1), a condenser (2), and an evaporator (3). The compressor (1) is sequentially connected to the condenser (2), a liquid spraying control system (4) and the evaporator (3) by means of pipelines, and the compressor (1), the condenser (2), the liquid spraying control system (4) and the evaporator (3) form a refrigeration circulation. The liquid spraying control system (4) comprises a liquid spraying control module (41), a liquid spraying valve (42), a nozzle (43), a liquid storage container (44), and a liquid subcooler (45). A temperature sensor (5) is disposed on the compressor (1). A fan (6) is disposed on one side of the condenser (2). The fan (6) is connected to a clutch (7) and an air speed control module (8). The cooling capability of the cooling unit is adjusted by means of the liquid spraying control module (41) and the air speed control module (8), the adjustment is automatic, and the application scope of the cooling unit is expanded and the objective of good energy conservation is achieved.
