Abstract:
The present invention relates to an industrial dryer in which hot air heated through a radiator enters a drum such that drying is performed, and the injection/blockage of steam in/from the radiator is controlled according to the temperature value of the hot air released through an exhaust pipe provided at one side of the drum, so as to uniformly maintain the internal temperature of the drum, thereby minimizing heat loss and optimizing the operating time of a boiler so as to reduce the consumption of a heat source, and thus the objective of the present invention is to improve efficiency through drying optimization. To this end, the present invention relates to an industrial dryer comprising: a drum (10); a radiator (20) provided at the upper end portion of the drum (10), and receiving the steam provided from the boiler so as to heat the air entering the drum (10) such that the hot air is provided to the drum (10); a ventilation motor (32) provided at the lower end portion of the drum (10), and having an exhaust pipe (34) so as to discharge, to the outside, the hot air entering the drum (10); a temperature sensor (42) provided at one side of the exhaust pipe (34) so as to measure the temperature of the hot air released through the exhaust pipe (34); and a humidity sensor (44) provided at one side of the exhaust pipe (34) so as to measure the humidity of the hot air, thereby sensing, according to a measured humidity value, that drying is complete.
