Abstract:
The present invention relates to an industrial flue gas treatment method and an industrial flue gas treatment system, belonging to the technical field of flue gas emission treatment. The industrial flue gas treatment method comprises the following steps: mixing industrial flue gas, a desulphurisation agent and ammonia, and performing desulphurisation treatment to obtain desulphurised flue gas; performing denitration treatment on the desulphurised flue gas. The industrial flue gas treatment method comprises the desulphurisation treatment process and the denitration treatment process, and the industrial flue gas is mixed with the desulphurisation agent and the ammonia before the desulphurisation treatment so that during the desulphurisation treatment, in addition to the desulphurisation agent performing a desulphurisation reaction with the industrial flue gas to remove acid gas therein, the ammonia also reacts with some of the acid gas to perform a desulphurisation reaction, thereby significantly improving the desulphurisation effect. In addition, the ammonia is mixed with the industrial flue gas so that the ammonia is as fully mixed as possible with the industrial flue gas during the desulphurisation reaction process in order to help increase the denitration reaction efficiency during the subsequent denitration reaction process.
