Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a lubricant groove (7) which is provided to a sliding surface of a wedge member (6) and in which a lubricant is accommodated, and foreign matter capture sections (8) that are provided to the lubricant groove (7) and capture foreign matter that has entered the lubricant groove (7). One end (7A) and the other end (7B) of the lubricant groove (7) are arranged so as to be separated in a direction in which the wedge member (6) and a table bed move relative to one another. The use of the lubricant groove (7) and the foreign matter capture sections (8) to reliably capture any foreign matter that enters the sliding surface makes it possible to easily avoid the adverse event where foreign matter lies in the sliding surface.
