Abstract:
Provided is an industrial method for preparing a large-sized graphene, which comprises the following steps: mixing a graphite with a concentrated sulphuric acid to obtain a mixed solution (a), and subjecting the mixed solution (a) to an ultrasonic treatment, a solution obtained after the ultrasound comprising an upper graphene and a lower concentrated sulphuric acid solution (b); separating the graphene from the concentrated sulphuric acid solution (b); and washing the graphene with water, filtering and drying same to obtain the large-sized graphene. The method has a good stripping effect, the obtained graphene has a large size, and the sulphuric acid, as an intercalation agent, can be repeatedly utilised. The method is environmentally friendly, saves resources and has good prospects in industrial application.
