Abstract:
Disclosed are an industrial palletizing robot for intelligent manufacturing, and a palletizing method thereof. The industrial palletizing robot comprises a movable base; a mounting cover is fixedly mounted at the top of the movable base, and a lifting plate is slidably connected into the mounting cover; one side of the lifting plate extends to the outer side of the mounting cover; two lifting/lowering screws are symmetrically and rotatably connected to the inner wall of one side of the top of the mounting cover, and the bottom ends of the two lifting/lowering screws both pass through the lifting plate and are both rotatably connected to the top of the movable base; the two lifting/lowering screws are both threadedly connected to the lifting plate; a push plate is slidably connected to the top of the lifting plate; and a transmission rod is rotatably connected to the inner wall of one side of the top of the mounting cover. The present invention can facilitate the automatic lifting and stacking of goods. Thus, compared with a manual stacking mode, the present technical solution has good automation capability, can thus greatly improve the working efficiency and reduce the manual use cost, and therefore has good convenience of use.
