Abstract:
An industrial robot feeding and discharging operation table, comprising a support platform (1), support feet (2) being provided at the bottom portions on both sides of the support platform (1), and a height adjustment assembly for adjusting the height of a support base being provided on one side of the support platform (1); the support base (30) is also provided with a first adjustment assembly for adjusting the relative position of a support beam (4) in the front and rear horizontal direction; the support beam (4) is also provided with a second adjustment assembly for adjusting the horizontal position of a clamping mechanism in the left and right direction; a discharge platform (5) is fixedly provided on the other side of the support platform (1), and the discharge platform (5) is provided with a dust suction disc (25) by means of the support of a support rod (24); a chip collection box (31) is fixedly installed on a lower surface of the support platform (1), one end of the chip collection box (31) communicates with the dust suction disc (25) by means of a dust suction pipe (21), and the other end of the chip collection box (31) is provided with an induced draft fan (33); a filter screen (34) is provided in the middle portion of the chip collection box (31), and a discharging port (32) corresponding to the filter screen (34) is provided in the bottom portion of an inner cavity of the chip collection box (31) that is on the same side as the dust suction pipe (21). The operation table facilitates the feeding and discharging operations of materials and has a good material clamping effect.
