Abstract:
An inertia force sensor comprises a detection element (1) including two orthogonal arms
formed by connecting first arms (2) to second arms (4) in the orthogonal directions, a
support part (6) for supporting two first arms (2), and two fixing arms (8) each of
one ends of which is connected to the support part (6) and each of the other ends of
which is fixed to a packaging board. The second arm (4) is provided with an opposition part
(16) so bent as to face the second arm (4) itself. A weight part (11) is connected to
the tip end of the second arm (4), recesses (12) are formed in the weight part (11),
and the tip end of the second arm (4) is connected to the recesses (12).
