Abstract:

An inertial drive actuator provided with: a displacement means (3); an oscillating substrate (4); a first magnetic field generating means (11) for generating a magnetic field; a moving element (10) which is arranged on a flat surface of the oscillating substrate (4) and which has a first yoke (9) for concentrating, in a specific location, the magnetic flux of the N pole and the S pole generated by the first magnetic field generating means (11); and a second yoke (12) which is on the reverse side of the oscillating substrate (4) to that facing the moving element (10). The actuator is characterised in that: the first yoke (9) and the end sections of the second yoke (12) face one another further to the outside than the oscillating substrate (4), thus mechanically regulating the movement of the moving element (10) in the direction perpendicular to the drive direction, and controlling the magnetic field generated from the first magnetic field generating means (11), thus the frictional force acting between the moving element (10) and the oscillating substrate (4) is controlled and the moving element (10) is driven.
