Abstract:
Disclosed is an infant grinding teeth biscuit, which is prepared from the following raw materials in a ratio in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of wheat flour, 3-5 parts of wheat germ flour, 5-10 parts of pumpkin, 5-10 parts of raw egg yolk, 3-5 parts of walnut, 3-5 parts of black sesame, 3-5 parts of a skimmed milk powder, and the balance of a food auxiliary material and water. The advantages of the infant grinding teeth biscuit lie in that: the raw materials are in a scientific ratio, so that the grinding teeth biscuit has a suitable hardness to prevent an infant from biting off and damaging gingiva of the infant, and promote the growth and development of primary teeth; selecting and using natural food materials such as wheat germ flour and pumpkin with a balanced nutrition, can meet the nutritional requirements of the teething period of the infant; and applying olive oil and butter for baking increases a fragrance, and mouthfeel is better.
