Abstract:
One embodiment according to the present disclosure provides an infant lancet assembly comprising a housing and, accommodated in the housing, a lancet, a mobile body, and a compression coil spring which can bias the mobile body in a prescribed first direction. The housing has a first housing section extending lengthwise in the first direction and a second housing section extending lengthwise in a second direction which is perpendicular to the first direction from the first housing section side. The lancet has a lancet body and a blade attached to the lancet body. The lancet body has a first body section installed so as to be integrally mobile with the mobile body, and a second body section which can snap-fit to the second housing section in the first direction. The mobile body has a first mobile body section which can move in the first direction and snap-fit to the first housing section in the second direction, and a second mobile body section on which the first body section is installed in a manner allowing axial rotation.
