Abstract:

The present invention relates to an infant shoe, which is manufactured in consideration of the shape and gait characteristics of an infant foot which is different from an adult foot, and a last used for manufacturing same. An infant shoe (100) comprises an internal space (10) having: a front-end space (12) in which the toes are positioned; a rear-end space (14) in which the heel is positioned; and a middle space (16) in which the sole and the top of the foot between the toes and the heel are positioned, wherein the height of the front-end space (12) is adequately higher than the toes in such a manner that an infant can walk with minimum amount of toe movement interference. A last which is used to manufacture the infant shoe of the present invention as stated above can: promote a stable gait, when an infant wears the shoes, and the cognitive behavioral development of the infant, by providing front-end toe space (toe room) that is spaced higher than the toes of the infant; and prevent abnormal toe growth in infants by providing an internal space, in which the width of the bottom surface widens from front to back, to address soles of infants who have fan-shaped, flat feet morphological features.
