Abstract:
An inference device (4) is configured so as to comprise: an image signal acquisition unit (11) that acquires an image signal representing an image for inference analysis, which shows a detected object, in at least one of two cases, namely, the case in which the domain of an image and a training image differ, and the case in which a recognition task and a pre-trained task differ; and a feature extraction unit (12) that provides the image signal acquired by the image signal acquisition unit (11) to a first training model (1a) that has been trained with training images, and acquires, from the first training model (1a), a feature at the time of inference, said feature combining a plurality of features of the detected object shown in the image for inference analysis after the plurality of features has been pooled, and said feature being used to infer the three-dimensional position of the detected image. The estimation device (4) further comprises: a three-dimensional position estimation unit (15) that estimates the three-dimensional position of the detected object shown in the image for inference analysis on the basis of the feature at the time of inference acquired by the feature extraction unit (12) and a representative feature, which is a recorded feature of the detected object shown in an image for conversion in which each of the recognition task, and the domain of an image and the image for inference analysis are the same; and a change analysis unit (16) that analyzes temporal changes in the three-dimensional position of the detected object shown in the image for inference analysis on the basis of the estimation results for the three-dimensional position according to the three-dimensional position estimation unit (15).
