Abstract:
Disclosed is an infinitely variable speed feeding mechanism, comprising a box body (0), a gear transmission assembly, a ratchet mechanism assembly and a feeding assembly, wherein the gear transmission assembly comprises a central shaft (1), a cylindrical pin, a first gear (2) and a second gear (3); the ratchet mechanism assembly comprises a transmission shaft (4), a first pawl set (6), an adjusting mechanism and a return spring (11); the feeding assembly comprises a feeding shaft (7), a shift fork (8), a shift fork sleeve (9) and a cylindrical pin, wherein the shift fork (8) is movably connected to the central shaft (1) by the cylindrical pin. The first pawl set (6) comprises two pawls and two ratchets. The adjusting mechanism adjusts the pendulum deflection of the pawls, the pawls drive the two ratchets under different pendulum deflections, and the ratchets transfer power to the feeding assembly by the transmission assembly in order to achieve the infinitely variable speed feeding and to adjust the feeding speed and feeding amount of the feeding mechanism of a machine tool.
