An inflammable gas concentration device includes: an adsorption tower (2) filled by an adsorbent (3) which adsorbs an inflammable gas; supply means (4) for supplying a raw gas (G) containing an inflammable gas and air to the adsorption tower (2) via a supply path (30) and discharging an exhaust gas (OG) in the raw gas (G) which has not been adsorbed to the adsorbent (3) outside the adsorption tower (2) via a discharge path (31); collection means (5) which reduces the pressure in the adsorption tower (2) lower than the atmospheric pressure so as to desorb the inflammable gas adsorbed by the adsorbent (3) and collects it via a collection path (32); and control means (6) which successively performs an inflammable gas adsorption step for supplying the raw gas (G) to the adsorption tower (2) by the supply means (4) and discharging the exhaust gas (OG) from the adsorption tower (2) and an inflammable gas desorption step for collecting the inflammable gas desorbed by the collection means (5).
