Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a novel and effective means for preventing or treating inflammatory bowel disease; and others. The present invention can solve the problem by, for example, providing a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating inflammatory bowel disease, which contains a compound having an inhibitory activity on a vesicular nucleotide transporter (VNUT), such as clodronic acid or a salt thereof.
