a single rigid frame (Fig. l) with a size of about 0,45x0,50 m side and high about 0,15 m and a total weight of no more than 6000 g made in one or more plastic materials having as his fundamental properties a high breaking load, a low density, an excellent heat resistance and good abrasion resistance, such as rigid PVC or Polypropylene or made in polymer materials in general as well as polymer composites and in any case in an approved material and tested for an use both as baby stroller base and as a baby car seat ; a single inflatable structure PVC or in a latest generation inflatable material in aerospace field which forms the seat, the backrest and the footrest (Fig.9-Fig.10);

one or more electric pumps powered by rechargeable batteries at 12V integrated into the main frame and the relative sealing and exhaust air valves characterized in that both of them can be loaded via the cigarette lighter socket or through a transformer from home (Fig.l_l ;Fig.l7_30);

a telescopic structure in extensible tubulars made in aluminum or made in a light alloy housed inside the inferior and hollow part of the principal rigid frame also comprising the wheels of the stroller (Fig.2,Fig. l3);

two telescopic armrests extendable made in aluminum or made in other light alloy contained within two housings preformed on the side top of the principal rigid frame hinged at their base at the frame which allow, by rotating, the opening and the preparation for the inflation of the inflatable part of the stroller (Fig.2_3; Fig.l2_18);

a plastic structure extendable or completely flat ( Fig.2_5; Fig.5_l l)which flowing or is welded along two slits formed within the two superior armrests (Fig.5_l 1) and which allows both the closure and protection of the inflatable part when the stroller is closed and stacked and allows to put away the stroller in a stacked manner (Fig.4;Fig.7;Fig.8) and to be a support to the inflatable backrest of the stroller inflated and open (Fig.2_5;Fig.5_l l;Fig.l2_18);

a second plastic structure completely flat hinged along the lower front side of the main structure that allows both the closure and the containment of the extensible structure in tubular of light alloy of the legs of the stroller inside the lower compartment of the main structure of the stroller both the rigid support to the section of the inflatable footrest inflated and open (Fig.21_37);

two ISOFIX universal connectors housed within the main rigid structure of the stroller that are placed in fees hooks between the seat and back of the car seat (Fig.3_6) that allow the use of the baby stroller in the form of a baby car seat; rubber feet (Fig.15) housed inside the lower cavity of the main frame that can easily replace all wheels and that allow the use of the stroller in the form of portable baby chair when this is completely open.

Baby Stroller as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the inflatable structure

(Fig.9,Fig.l0,Fig.l l) is made in one or more inflatable materials characterized by some fundamental properties as to be UV -resistant, non-flammable, puncture-proof and with surface protection in vinyl or protected with suitable layers of insulating material as may be the felt and NOMEX-KEVLAR combination associated with breathable fabrics

(Fig.l l_13-14-15-16) such as:

PVC usually used for the furnishings inflatable;

the Drop Stitch Fabric (PVC with polyester filaments);

Polyurethane as presented in the modern inflatable seats of the airplane and already widely tested and designed to meets the most stringent safety requirements;

that is internally implanted along the four sides in the base of the upper hollow platform through one or more fastening methods such as heat sealing, gluing or hot weaving or RF welding inside the rigid frame (Fig.9_12) and is connected to one or more electric pumps with the relative seal and release air valves both integrated in the main platform and powered by rechargeable batteries at 12V, via the cigarette lighter in the car or from home, that allow its quick inflation and deflation and be activated from the main control panel located on the rear of the main deck (Fig. l_l ;Fig 17_30); in addition to the main inflatable cells which include the seat the backrest and the footrest it is provided at least two other suitable combinations of groups of inflatable cells, one for the canopy in case of rain and one for the container within which the child can insert the legs in winter, optionally activated by a manual switch in the rear control panel or through a some wireless remote control.

Baby Stroller as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the principal rigid frame contains within the hollow base the stroller's legs made in aluminum or in other light alloys through telescopic extendable rods (Fig.2_4; Fig.13; Fig. 14) with button joints (like those of common crutches adjustable in height) or through metal tubes fit together with rivets to form two opposite frames, that are pivoted to two steel rods which slide along two tracks located inside longitudinally to the main frame and that allow the sliding and the block of the legs of the stroller and to which are pivoted the four wheels ( always through button joints or through other methods ); the braking of the stroller is achieved by a single brake bar or through other methods (Fig.l4_24) that allows in a single movement the block of both rear wheels ; methods to support the stroller through the aluminum

11 frame with wheels may be different but everyone has to be extremely compact to allow the complete disappearance within the hollow base of the main platform and maintain the proper balance of forces when the child is placed at his internal.

4. Baby Stroller as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the main rigid frame contains the two telescopic armrests in aluminum or other light alloy housed inside two slots preformed on the upper part of the frame (Fig.12_ 17_ 18) and pivoted to their base by two hinges that allow rotation and the subsequent elongation; such hinges are shaped in a suitable manner (Fig.l6_26) to allow, during the opening rotation, the sliding forward of two rods of 1000 or 2000 g each (Fig.l6_27), accommodated internally in two opposite longitudinal rails; those two rods are pivoted to two springs (Fig.l6_29) that keep them always in tension and bring them back in the starting positions; the rotation of the two arms can also activate the electric pumps and inflating the stroller in an automatic manner ; the two sliding rods allow the balancing of the force moment (Fig.l8_33) produced by the weight of the baby's back on the inflatable backrest (Fig.19); the two handles of the two armrests can rotate completely through some joints button that allow the positioning of each of the two to 360°; the two handles can be also replaced with a single handle that through the relative button joints can be adjusted in height and rotated to allow also the fastening of the same to the headrest of the rear passenger car to allow the use of the compact stroller as also a baby seat car as cited in claim 6.

5. Baby Stroller as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the two armrests made in aluminum have some internal slots within which flows and extends to pulldown (or it is completely flat and fixed ) a rigid plastic support which allows protection of the inflatable structure when this is deflated and put away and the baby stroller is closed and allows, being made in rigid and resistent plastic material, storage of the stroller in a stacked manner (Fig.7;Fig.8) (a platform on top of another ) or transport of the same stroller in a compact form as a backpack using the child restraint belts brought outside; this rigid plastic support provides furthermore the rigid support necessary to sustain the inflatable backrest when the stroller is open (Fig.2_5).

6. Baby Stroller as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the main frame made of plastic through injection molding, when the lower tubular structure made in aluminum is completely closed and the second plastic flat structure lower completely also closed, through the ISOFIX hooks (Fig.3_6) allows the accommodation of the platform in the car and through the inflation of the main cells permits the transformation of the stroller in a modern car seat also connectable to the same car through the seat belts integrated into the

12 main structure (Fig.3_9) also blocked through the upper single handle that can go to embrace the rear passenger headrest (Fig.3_7).

Baby Stroller as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that two adjacent main frames may be joined and stuck along two opposite faces (Fig.5_10)through some methods interlocking or sliding and allows the use of the inflatable and stackable stroller as a multi-stroller for twins or more brothers (Fig.6).

Baby Stroller as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the four wheels are replaceable with 4 rubber feet (contained within the main platform in suitable housings screw) simply disassembling the joints button of the wheels and entering the joints button present in the legs, transforming so the stroller into a comfortable portable highchair (Fig.15).
