Embodiments of the present application provide an information acquisition method and apparatus, a server, and a storage medium. The information acquisition method comprises: obtaining first attribute information of a first component by means of an acquisition application, the first attribute information comprising at least one first attribute name and a first attribute value corresponding to each first attribute name, and the first component being any component in the server; obtaining an attribute list corresponding to the first component, the attribute list comprising at least one second attribute name; and obtaining, from the first attribute information, a second attribute value corresponding to the second attribute name, and populating the attribute list with the second attribute value to obtain an information acquisition result of the first component. According to the invention, the workload of operation and maintenance personnel is reduced, and the operation and maintenance efficiency of the server is improved.
