Abstract:
An information caching method and apparatus, and a communication device, which are applied to the technical field of communications. In the process of conducting data transmission by a communication device comprising an RDMA module in the form of a queue pair, when a certain piece of associated data of the queue pair is required to be used for the first time, the RDMA module acquires the associated data of the queue pair, and stores same together with the priority information thereabout in a caching unit of the RDMA module correspondingly. In this way, when the associated data of the queue pair is subsequently required to be used, the RDMA module does not need to acquire the associated data from a memory module via a processor interface connected thereto, but directly acquires same from the caching unit, thereby avoiding frequent reading and writing operations between the RDMA module and a memory; and meanwhile, the RDMA module caches associated data of queue pairs according to priority levels, and preferentially caches associated data of a queue pair with a higher priority level in the case where the caching space in the RDMA module is limited.
