Abstract:
An information collection device (100) according to the present invention comprises: a sensor; a communication device (106) for wirelessly transmitting transmission data on the basis of information from the sensor; a secondary battery (107) for supplying power to the sensor and the communication device (106); and a control device (105) for controlling the sensor and the communication device (106). The control device (105) collects the information from the sensor and, on the basis of the collected information, generates the transmission data for the communication device to wirelessly transmit. The secondary battery (107) comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode; and a nonflammable charging layer positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode, said layer comprising an n-type metallic oxide material and an insulating material.
