Abstract:
Provided is an information communicating device which enables suitable transfer of communication data even in a state in which a failure has occurred. This information communicating device is provided with: a communication unit which receives data transmitted from a device via a communication network; and a control unit which controls the communication unit to transmit transmission data including the data received by the communication unit to a first information processing device, which is an information processing device. If the transmission of the transmission data to the first information processing device fails, the information communicating device identifies a second information processing device to which to assign the process of transmitting the transmission data, on the basis of information relating to the arrangement of each of one or more second information processing devices, being information relating to the second information processing devices which are other information processing devices capable of transmitting the transmission data to the first information processing device, and on the basis of information representing a priority level determined in accordance with statistical information relating to communication in each of the second information processing devices. The information communicating device transfers the transmission data to the identified second information processing device.
