Abstract:
An in-flight announcement system (500) comprises a voice inputting device (300) for inputting voice; a central controlling device (100) for translating the announcement content on the basis of the input voice and outputting a modulated signal; a lighting device (400) that emits light on the basis of the modulated signal input thereto; and a reception terminal (200) for specifying the announcement content on the basis of a light signal input thereto and outputting the translation results. The central controlling device (100) comprises a recognition unit (101) for recognizing voice information as utterance information; a determination unit (102) for determining whether the utterance information is a fixed phrase or otherwise and outputting fixed phrase identification information; character information groups (103) that store character information required to acquire the identification information determined by the determination unit (102); a translation unit (104) for translating the utterance information having been determined not to be a fixed phrase and outputting reference information for translation results; a storage (105) for storing the translation results; a generation unit (106) for generating a data set; a conversion unit (107) for generating a modulated signal on the basis of the data set; and a moving body information management unit (108) for storing various pieces of information pertaining to an aircraft.
