Abstract:
An information and communications terminal (100) is provided with: an input receiving unit (101a) that receives input from a user (20); a communications unit (103) that acquires presented information from a server (200) in correspondence with an input by the user (20) according to a dialogue scenario for each input reception; a dialogue processing unit (104) that presents presented information acquired by the communications unit (103) to the user (20); and a communication state determination unit (106) that determines the communication state between the communications unit (103) and the server (200). When the communication state determination unit (106) makes a first determination indicating degradation of the communication state during dialogue, the dialogue processing unit (104) makes the communications unit (103) acquire at least one instance of presentation candidate information that is presentation information that can be presented to the user (20) from the first determination, which has been determined on the basis of a dialogue scenario, and thereafter.
