Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide an information configuration method and apparatus, a terminal, and a network device. The method comprises: a terminal receives first configuration information sent by a target base station, the first configuration information comprising at least one secondary node configuration; if the first configuration information comprises one secondary node configuration, after the terminal receives the first configuration information, the secondary node configuration is in an active state; if the first configuration information comprises multiple secondary node configurations, the terminal selects, on the basis of the cell signal measurement signal in an inactive state, one secondary node configuration from the multiple secondary node configurations, and informs the target base station of the selected secondary node configuration so that the secondary node configuration is in an active state.
