This information creation method includes an acquisition step for acquiring association information associated with image data, an encryption step for generating first encrypted information in which the association information is encrypted, and a supplementation step for supplementing the image data with the first encrypted data as supplemental information. The supplemental information includes period information that is related to a period in which the first encrypted information is generated, or reliability information.
