Abstract:
The invention provides an information and data transmission method and device, an access network, and a system. The information transmission method comprises: transmitting, to user equipment (UE), a reflective quality of service (QoS) indication, and an encapsulation indication, wherein the reflective QoS indication is used to instruct to perform a reflective QoS mechanism on uplink data corresponding to downlink data encapsulated based on the encapsulation indication. The invention resolves a problem in the related art in which a terminal is unable to determine a bearer to transmit uplink data.
