Abstract:
Provided is an information reception/transmission device for an elevator, whereby external cooperative service can easily be realized using an existing elevator system. The information reception/transmission device for an elevator according to the present invention is an elevator system provided with a monitoring panel for receiving state information indicating a state of the elevator from a control panel or a group management panel of the elevator and monitoring the elevator on the basis of the state information, wherein the elevator system is provided with a request information reception unit for receiving information requested of the elevator from an external terminal or an autonomous moving body, a request information transmission unit for transmitting request information received by the request information reception unit to the control panel or group management panel of the elevator, a state information reception unit for receiving the state information of the elevator from the monitoring panel, and a target information transmission unit for transmitting target information corresponding to the state information received by the state information reception unit to the external terminal or the autonomous moving body in accordance with the request information transmitted by the request information transmission unit.
