Abstract:
The present invention is to be used in an information distribution system for distributing information to a terminal. This information distribution system has: an information-distribution-destination determination means for determining a terminal to be the distribution destination for information, by using location information expressing terminal location; a first storage means for storing communication-environment information expressing a communication network usable by the terminal; a second storage means for storing communication-network-status information expressing the status of the communication network in each area; and a selection means for selecting a communication network when distributing information to the distribution-destination terminal, by using the communication-environment information and the communication-network-status information stored, respectively, in the first and second storage means.
