Abstract:
An information distribution system for effectively distributing information data to portable terminals in a predetermined area. Information data acquiring means (11) accesses an information database (10) where information data (20) about an area (X) transmitted from a terminal of a provider (4) and reference data (21) about the information data (20) are stored, thereby to acquire the information data (20) and the reference data (21). Area condition grasping means (12) grasps the condition of the area (X) from observation data (22) on the area (X) sent from a terminal (5) of an observer residing in the area (X) and determines an area condition variable PA reflecting the condition. Information data transmitting means (13) calculates the adaptation of the reference data (21) to the area condition variable PA and determines the priority of the information data (20) to be transmitted to a portable telephone (3) residing in the area (X) according to the adaptation.
