Abstract:

An information image display method and apparatus. The information image display method is applied to a user equipment provided with a fingerprint module. The method comprises: obtaining a result of detection performed by a fingerprint module on fingerprint information (S101); and in the state in which the fingerprint information is detected, invoking an information image display functional interface in an application where the information image is located, so as to display the information image on a screen of a user equipment (S102). In the solution, fingerprint information is used as a triggering condition for displaying an information image; by invoking a fingerprint module in a user equipment, after fingerprint information is detected, the information image display functional interface in an application where the information image is located can be automatically invoked to display the information image, thereby avoiding tedious operation steps such as device wakeup and device unlocking, and rapidly displaying the information image.
