Abstract:
Provided are an information input method for a terminal, and a terminal, which relate to the technical field of terminals and can improve security when inputting information into a terminal. The method comprises: a display interface of a terminal displaying an information input box; the terminal collecting a first fingerprint by means of a fingerprint sensor; after the terminal determines that the first fingerprint matches a pre-set fingerprint, the terminal acquiring motion data, collected by a motion sensor, of the terminal within a first time period; the terminal acquiring information corresponding to the first fingerprint and the motion data, or acquiring information corresponding to the motion data; and the terminal inputting the acquired information into the information input box. This method is applied to the scenario of inputting information into a terminal.
