Abstract:
An information management system that stores: a relational data model that defines a data structure for information managed by the information management system; relational data model connection information that indicates the relationships between distributed relational data models; relational data that defines the relationship between the information managed by the information management system and the relational data model; and relational data connection information that indicates the relationships between distributed relational data information. When the class of a relational data model that has been acquired from another information management system is linked to target information, the information management system acquires, from the other information management system, relational data information that is associated with a class that has been selected on the basis of the relational data model and makes a user interface display the relational data information.
