Abstract:
Disclosed is an information management system (110) which includes a mobile telephone (210) and a server device (310). The mobile telephone (210) is provided with an image capture device (29), an operation control unit (23) for controlling operation of the image capture device (29) on the basis of an operation control signal (operation disable signal or re-enable signal) received from a server device (310), and a questionnaire information transmission/reception unit (24) for transmitting information of a user using the mobile telephone (210) to the server device (310). The operation control unit (23) disables operation of the image capture device (29) upon receiving the operation disable signal. The server device (310) is provided with an operation control signal transmission unit (32) for transmitting the operation disable signal, and a copyrighted work information transmission unit (39) for transmitting copyrighted work information input from the image capture device (29) to the mobile telephone (210) upon receiving the information of the user from the mobile telephone (210). As a result, an information management system is provided that is capable of suitably protecting a copyrighted work while acquiring customer information.
