1. | A holder of an information plate, comprising a body/1/of external outline of a geometric figure, preferably a cylinder, and a flat base, wherein the body/1/contains a longitudinal channel/3/in the shape similar to the letter U with obliquely situated one face/4/, co operating with which face is a clamping piece 1_1 in the shape of a prism of tetragonal base, secured with a sockethead bolt/6/. |
2. | A holder of a plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the external outline of the body 111 is shaped as a prism of a polygonal base. |
3. | A holder of a plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base of the body/1/is ended with stabilising projections 181. |
The simplest way of fixing an information plate is to screw it screw it down to the wall with a tap screw. The information card is placed under a transparent panel. This way of fixing does not look nice, and piercing the card is necessary. The card can also be fixed with glue or two-sided adhesive tape. In such cases, changing information requires exchanging the whole plate or troublesome changing of the adhesive tape.
The. holder of an information plate according to this pattern is characterised by the body with external shape of a geometric figure, preferably a cylinder, and a flat base ended with stabilising projections, and the body has a longitudinal channel shaped like the letter U with one face situated obliquely, co-operating with the said face is a clamping piece in the form of a tetragonal prism secured with a socket-head bolt. The outer outline of the body may be shaped as a prism of a polygonal base.
The holder enables fixing the information card between the panels in the channel of the body of a set of two holders by clamping the panels with the clamping piece. Change of information requires only the loosening of the socket-head bolt and replacing the card.
The subject of the invention is presented as a sample embodiment in the drawing where Fig 1 presents a cross-section of the holder with fragments of the transparent panels, Fig 2-a face view of the body of the holder, Fig 3-the clamping piece in a perspective view, and Fig 4-a perspective view of the fixed information plate.
The external part of the body 1 of the holder has the outline of a cylinder, and its base is provided with longitudinal projections 8. The clamping piece 2 is has the shape of tetragonal prism and it is situated in the channel 3 of the body, with one of its faces co- operating with the oblique face 4 of the channel 3. After the inserting into the channel 3 of the panels 5, between which the information card is placed, the clamping piece 2 is tightened with the socket-head bolt 6 so that friction force keeps the plate in its place. The hole 7 in the base of the body of the holder enables fixing it to the wall, and longitudinal projections 8 make its position stable. Two holders are necessary to fix one plate.
