Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present invention, when explanatory information in a format using a visual material in a launch or exhibition event is transmitted from an information presentation control device to a viewer terminal via a network and presented, the information presentation control device acquires information relating to a viewing operation on the presented explanatory information by a viewer from the viewer terminal and estimates the viewing state of the viewer on the basis of the acquired information relating to the viewing operation. Auxiliary explanatory information that includes spoken voice information corresponding to the explanatory information is generated on the basis of the estimated viewing state, and the generated auxiliary explanatory information is transmitted to the viewer terminal, causing the spoken voice information to be outputted.
