There is provided an information processing apparatus including a change-result candidate text specification unit that specifies a plurality of change-result candidate texts for a correction target text selected from a text string, based on a first text located on one side of the correction target text, and a change-result text selection unit that selects part of the plurality of change-result candidate texts based on a second text located on the other side of the correction target text.
