Abstract:
The present invention pertains to presenting images of holes of a golf course in such a way as to enable a user to more easily imagine the course. This information processing apparatus calculates, for each of a plurality of users whose result information about at least the ball flight distances of shots in each hole is stored in a result information storage unit, the average number of shots in holes of a prescribed score that is greater than a predetermined score as an average shot number on the basis of the result information, calculates the average flight distance of shots after the first shot for each user on the basis of the result information, and performs control in response to a request from a user for presentation of a hole image captured at the position of an nth shot after the second shot in a specific hole so that an image captured at a position corresponding to the average flight distance of shots before the nth shot of the user is presented to the user among hole images of the hole. The number of hole images to be presented may be varied for each hole on the basis of the average shot number calculated for the user requesting presentation.
