Provided is an information processing apparatus (40) comprising an information acquisition unit (402) that acquires operation information regarding a user operation performed on a virtual object superimposed onto a real space or a virtual space and a force sensing control unit (408) that outputs, on the basis of the operation information, a force sense causing a user to perceive weight, the force sense being outputted via a force-sense device worn on a part of the body of the user.
