Abstract:
An information processing apparatus (10) of the present invention comprises: a check means (11) for checking a plurality of pieces of RF actual measurement information (1046), which indicate signal reception information measured for a plurality of radio terminals (31 to 34), against a plurality of pieces of RF prediction information (1045) predicted as reception information at any radio terminals for a plurality of local areas; and a compilation means (12) for compiling, for the plurality of local areas, the number of radio terminals for which those ones of the plurality of pieces of actual measurement information that are within a predetermined range relative to the prediction information have been measured.
