Abstract:

A code determination unit (114) executes, when an access request occurs, code determination processing for determining the presence or absence of access privileges by executing a determination code for determining the presence or absence of access privileges. An access control unit (112) permits an access in the case where it is determined that access privileges are present by the table determination processing and it is determined that access privileges are present by the code determination processing.
