Abstract:
Provided are an information processing device, an authentication system, an authentication method, and a non-transitory computer-readable medium with which even better memories can be created. An information processing device (10) comprises a preference information acquisition unit (11) that acquires preference information regarding the preferences of a user, a registration unit (12) that registers the user's registration biometric information and preference information in a user information storage unit (13) in association with each other, an authentication unit (14) that performs biometric authentication by comparing user authentication biometric information acquired at each of a plurality of sites in a facility with the registration biometric information, and a guidance control unit (15) that controls guidance on the basis of at least the user's preference information when biometric authentication is successful.
