Abstract:
The present feature pertains to an information processing device, a communication method, a program, and a moving body configured so as to enable communication quality in the moving body to be improved. The information processing device comprises: a communication quality prediction unit for predicting a usable band that is a communication band usable in the moving body, the prediction being made on the basis of communication quality data including a communication band in each location and/or the predicted position and predicted speed of the moving body; and a communication control unit for causing the communication data amount of first data to follow a fluctuation of the predicted band within a range below the predicted band that is the predicted usable band. The present feature can be applied to, for example, a vehicle.
