Abstract:
The present invention enables a user to open a vehicle-mounted mobile station by a simple method. A user, upon purchasing a vehicle 50, operates a communication device 10 of the user and a vehicle-mounted mobile station 60 mounted on the vehicle 50 to write a profile to an SIM of the vehicle-mounted mobile station 60 to thereby achieve activation. Specifically, the user operates the communication device 10 and registers the profile to be written to the SIM of the vehicle-mounted mobile station 60 in a contract information management device 40, and then operates the vehicle-mounted mobile station 60 to cause the profile registered in the contract information management device 40 to be written to the vehicle-mounted mobile station 60 to achieve activation.
