Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to execute a communication process without compromising user comfort. Provided is a smartphone (1) comprising a frequency determination unit (102) wherein when the present value of communication throughput is greater than a reference value of said present value or a predicted value of the communication throughput is greater than or equal to a reference value of said predicted value, the frequency determination unit determines the clock frequency of a CPU (12) to be a higher clock frequency than a clock frequency which is associated with the present processing load in first frequency setting information.
