Abstract:
An information processing device (100) comprises an acquisition unit (120) for acquiring: XYZ values that are values corresponding to a region to be identified, which is an image region within an image obtained by imaging an object under first lighting, and that are values represented by an XYZ color system; a spectral distribution obtained by using spectral distribution data including data about the first lighting or data similar to the data and also principal component analysis; a spectral reflectance assuming a perfect reflecting diffuser; and a determination table (111a) indicating relationships of correspondence between colors and Lab values, which are values in a L*a*b* color space. The information processing device (100) also comprises: a calculation unit (140) for using the XYZ values, the spectral distribution, and the spectral reflectance to calculate Lab values that are values corresponding to the region to be identified in the L*a*b* color space; and a determination unit (170) for using the calculated Lab values and the determination table (111a) to determine the color of the region to be identified.
